Bajo la Normativa 2011 de la Administración Especial de Bancos de Inversión, los objetivos estatutarios son:
asegurarse de la devolución de los activos de los clientes tan pronto como sea posible
asegurarse de la coordinación adecuada con los órganos de infraestructura de los mercados y el Banco de Inglaterra, el Tesoro de Su Majestad y la FSA ("las Autoridades")
o bien rescatar la empresa o bien cerrarla en el mejor interés de los acreedores

Como apreciará, debemos concentrarnos en la consecución de nuestros objetivos estatutarios. Una vez lo hayamos hecho, nos encargaremos de buscar en los registros de la Compañía para intentar localizar sus estados de cuenta anteriores.

1.       ensure the return of client assets as soon as reasonably practicable

2.       ensure timely engagement with market infrastructure bodies and the Bank of England, HM Treasury and the FSA (“the Authorities”)

3.       either rescue the entity as a going concern or wind it up in the best interests of the creditors.

As you will appreciate, we must focus on achieving our statutory objectives. Once we have dealt with these, we will endeavour to interrogate the Company’s records to try to locate your previous statements.
